> What cleaning method do you use? We use hot water extraction (steam cleaning), which removes deep dirt, allergens, and stains safely. This process combines high (but safe) heat, cleaning solutions, and powerful vacuuming to deliver a proper deep cleaning.
> How long will it take for my carpet to dry? Dry time depends on the type of fabric and the drying environment. However, in most cases you can expect around a 6 hour dry time!
> How often should I have my carpets/furniture/hard surfaces professionally cleaned? Homes typically benefit from every 12-16 months, while high-traffic areas or homes with pets may need cleaning every 6-12 months. Commercial spaces may require more frequent service depending on foot traffic. Most residential carpet warranties require a professional cleaning annually. Upholstery should be professionally cleaned about every 12-18 months, or more often for high-traffic pieces to remove deep dirt and bodily oils. Tile & Grout cleaning should be done in high traffic areas every 12-24 months.
> I have a residential cleaner that I use, what is the difference between that and your services? Residential cleaners for regular could be helpful for maintenance, but a professional cleaning goes much deeper. We have commercial-grade equipment and specialized cleaning solutions followed with powerful vacuuming system. This is how the embedded dirt, allergens, oils and stains are most successfully removed.
> How soon after can I walk on my carpets after the cleaning? Walking on the carpets after a deep cleaning does not damage or impact the cleaning that was just done. We remind our customers to be careful when moving from damp to hard surfaces for slipping and if possible to wear indoor shoes to keep the carpets fresh longer!
> What can I do before you arrive? Clearing the area of small furniture, personal items, and breakables. If possible, a vacuum or sweep. We will need access to park our work van in the driveway for residential jobs.
> How does your pricing work? Our floor cleaning prices are based on square footage and our upholstery cleaning is priced based on your unique size and style furniture. This way of individually pricing each unique job allows us to keep our prices fair and transparent.
